    This session establishes a baseline and determines the most appropriate path forward.

  • Medical Massage Follow- up

    Who is this for?

    Clients who have completed an evaluation and are continuing targeted care.

    What this session includes:

    - Focused work on specific areas

    - Ongoing reassessment and adaptation

    - Progress tracking and refinement of care

    Sessions evolve based on response, progress and changing demands on the body.

  • TMJ Focused Medical Massage

    Who it’s for?

    Clients experiencing jaw tension, TMJ-related dysfunction, headaches, neck and shoulder discomfort, postural strain, or stress-related holding patterns affecting the head and upper body.

    What this session includes:

    - Focused work to the jaw, and surrounding structures

    - Intentional techniques to support mobility, comfort, and nervous system regulation

    This session is designed to help high stress clients relax while reducing jaw and neck tension.

  • Maintenance & Recovery Massage

    Who is this for?

    Clients who have completed an evaluation and are no longer receiving targeted medical massage care.

    What this session includes:

    - Full body, non specific massage

    - Support for tissue quality, recovery, and movement efficiency

    - Ongoing maintenance of progress

    This service supports longevity, consistency, and comfortable movement between periods of higher demand.

Medical Massage services are provided by a licensed massage therapist and do not include medical diagnosis or the treatment of disease or pathology. Any movement or self-care suggestions offered are educational in nature and intended to support comfort and general movement. Clients are encouraged to consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding medical conditions or exercise-related concerns.
