How do i book an appointment?

1

Appointments can be scheduled online at your convenience or in office after your previous appointment. If you’re unsure which service is right for you, feel free to reach out before booking.

New Clients should schedule an initial evaluation. Returning clients should schedule the follow-up service that best matches their current plan of care.

Why do you require a card on file?

2

A secure credit or debit card is required to reserve all appointments.

Your card is securely stored through my booking system (MassageBook) and is not charged at the time of booking unless you choose a pre-payment option. It allows for faster checkout experience and enables appointment policies to be applied consistently when necessary.

What is your cancellation policy?

3

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When booking you will receive an initial appointment confirmation, a reminder by email 48hrs before your appointment time and again 24hrs before your appointment time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please follow the link from your confirmation or reminder emails or log on to your client portal in MassageBook. Please provide at least 24hrs notice whenever possible

Appointments canceled with less than 24hrs notice, missed appointments, or same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full cost of the scheduled service.

I understand that illness, emergencies and unexpected situations happen. When appropriate, fees may be waived at my discretion.

If you arrive late, your session will end at its scheduled time. If my schedule allows, I’ll gladly do my best to provide the full session whenever possible.

Payment is due at the completion of your appointment. I accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards and cash. All appointments are subject to NJ Sales tax 6.625% unless you have a doctors prescription and are following the prescribed care.

Please let me know before your appointment if you’ve experienced any significant health changes, including: New injuries, Surgery, Pregnancy, New medical diagnoses, Medication changes, Illness or fever

This helps ensure your treatment is safe and appropriate.

Text or email is the best way to reach me. I’ll respond as soon as I’m able during normal business hours.

Every client is different. Your treatment plan is based on your goals, symptoms, and how your body responds to care. Some concerns improve in one or two visits, while others benefit from a short course of treatment followed by maintenance care. Recommendations are always based on your individual needs, there is not one size fits all or protocol that works for everyone.

I do not bill insurance directly. Many clients use HSA/FSA funds or submit receipts for out of network reimbursement when eligible. Upon request, I’m happy to provide documentation for your records.
